On March 4, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., Zhongda Motor Co., Ltd. held a grand unveiling ceremony for the Motor System Research Institute. Chairman Fan Leping; Chief Engineer Chang Baoli; Deputy Chief Engineer Guo Ruisu; Union Chairman and Party Branch Secretary Fei Jianxin; Deputy General Manager Yao Wenlu; Assistant General Manager Zhang Jian; and all technical department staff, quality and process engineers, attended and witnessed the unveiling of the Motor System Research Institute.
The establishment of this institute aims to promote research and application of new technologies by technical R&D personnel, overcome key technical issues, better integrate and utilize various technical resources, comprehensively enhance Zhongda's technical R&D and scientific innovation capabilities, and provide a boost to the company's development.
Under the guidance of Chairman Fan Leping, the Motor Research Institute was established, led by Chief Engineer and senior motor industry expert Mr. Chang Baoli, along with Deputy Chief Engineer Ms. Guo Ruisu, and internally selecting a group of elite core members to tackle challenges and continuously improve motor design and process technology.
